Fazil Say, a Turkish pianist and composer, will perform at the Oslo Opera House’s Riddu hovedscene (Main Stage) on January 23, 2027. Say’s musical style is characterized by a fusion of classical traditions with influences from jazz, traditional Turkish music, and contemporary elements. His compositions often display virtuosic piano writing alongside lyrical melodies and rhythmic complexity. He frequently incorporates improvisation into his performances and is known for works that explore themes of cultural identity and human experience.

The Oslo Opera House, completed in 2008, is a landmark building designed by the architectural firm Snøhetta. Its distinctive sloping marble roof is accessible to the public, allowing pedestrian access and offering views of the Oslofjord.
