Originally constructed as a shipbuilding warehouse in the 19th century – specifically a section of the former Chantiers Navals de Penhoët shipyard – it was repurposed as a concert hall and artistic space in 1989. The venue underwent significant renovations in 2017, expanding its capacity and improving its technical capabilities while retaining its industrial aesthetic.
