These improvements included the construction of a permanent stage, enhanced landscaping, and improved accessibility features. Prior to the renovations, Turner Park served primarily as a neighborhood recreation area with baseball fields and open green space. The park is now designed to host concerts, festivals, and community gatherings, becoming a key venue for outdoor entertainment in the city. It's situated near the historic Dundee neighborhood and offers views of the surrounding cityscape. The park is owned and maintained by the Omaha Parks and Recreation Department.
