It has a capacity of approximately 800 seated attendees and features modern acoustic and lighting systems. The Stadthalle underwent renovations in 2017 to improve accessibility and upgrade technical infrastructure. It’s named after Mathias Jakobs, a local industrialist who significantly contributed to the development of Gladbeck.
