DRAIN, a Japanese hardcore punk band formed in 2018, will be performing at North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in Chula Vista, California on October 4, 2026. Their music is characterized by a raw, energetic sound heavily influenced by American hardcore punk of the 1980s, particularly bands like Black Flag and Minor Threat, but incorporates distinct melodic elements and Japanese lyrical phrasing. DRAIN has gained international recognition within the hardcore scene for their intense live performances and prolific output of EPs and albums.

North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre, previously known as Coors Amphitheatre and Sleep Train Amphitheatre, is an outdoor concert venue located in Chula Vista. Opened in 1998, it has a seating capacity of approximately 20,000, including both reserved seating and a sizable lawn area. The amphitheater is owned by Live Nation and regularly hosts a variety of musical acts spanning genres like rock, pop, country, and Latin music.
