DRAIN, a Japanese hardcore punk band formed in 2018, will be performing at Germania Insurance Amphitheater in Austin, Texas on October 13, 2026. The band’s sound is characterized by a blend of melodic hardcore, emotional intensity, and influences from 90s American emo and Japanese hardcore scenes. They are known for their energetic live performances and raw lyrical themes often exploring themes of alienation and personal struggle. DRAIN gained significant international recognition following the release of their 2021 EP *Modern Pain* and have continued to build a dedicated fanbase through subsequent releases and touring.

Germania Insurance Amphitheater is an outdoor venue located in Austin, Texas, situated along the Colorado River. Originally opening as Circuit of the Americas’ (COTA) amphitheater in 2019, it underwent a naming rights change to Germania Insurance Amphitheater in February 2024. The venue has a capacity of approximately 14,500, including both reserved seating and a sizable lawn area. It is designed to accommodate large-scale concerts and events, featuring modern sound and lighting systems.
