Dirty Three will perform at Vega in Copenhagen, Denmark on November 2nd, 2026. The Australian instrumental band is recognized for its distinctive post-rock sound, characterized by dynamic shifts between delicate melodic passages and intense, often dissonant crescendos. Their music frequently incorporates elements of jazz, classical, and country, built around a core trio of violin (Mick Turner), drums (Jim White), and bass (Geoffrey Neale). Formed in Melbourne in 1992, Dirty Three has released numerous albums and toured extensively internationally, influencing a generation of instrumental and post-rock artists.

Vega is a prominent multi-room music venue located in the Vesterbro district of Copenhagen. Originally established as a folk club in 1996 by Michael Eigtved and Peter Hansen, it quickly became a significant hub for live music across various genres. The venue comprises three distinct spaces: Vega Small, Vega Medium, and the largest hall, Vega Big. Known for its excellent acoustics and intimate atmosphere despite its size, Vega regularly hosts both established international acts and emerging Danish artists.
