China Moses will perform at the Pinède Gould in Juan-les-Pins, Antibes, France on July 9, 2026. Moses is an American-French vocalist known for a musical style that blends jazz, blues, soul, and electronic elements. Often described as a “vocal firecracker,” her performances incorporate improvisation and a dynamic stage presence. She is the granddaughter of legendary jazz trumpeter Dizzy Gillespie and daughter of singer Dee Dee Bridgewater, inheriting a strong musical lineage. Her work frequently features original compositions alongside reinterpretations of diverse material.

Juan-les-Pins is a coastal district of Antibes, located on the French Riviera. Historically a fishing village, it gained prominence as a resort destination in the 1920s with the rise of jazz culture. The Pinède Gould, the venue for the concert, is an open-air theatre situated within the pine forest giving the area its name ("Pinède" meaning pine forest). It has been a significant location for musical events since its construction in the 1930s and regularly hosts performances during the annual Jazz à Juan festival; although this concert isn't directly part of that festival’s official programming.
