Boris, a Japanese experimental rock band formed in 1992, will perform at Dorćol Platz in Belgrade, Serbia on October 8, 2026. The group is known for its diverse musical output, encompassing drone, doom metal, shoegaze, and noise rock elements. Over their career, Boris has explored extended instrumental passages alongside heavily distorted vocals and dynamic shifts in volume and tempo. Their discography includes numerous albums, often categorized by color-coded “album series” representing different facets of their sound – Pink for pop sensibilities, Red for heavier material, and Blue for ambient explorations.

Dorćol Platz is a public space located in the Dorćol municipality of Belgrade, situated near the Danube River. Developed in recent years as part of urban regeneration efforts within the area, it functions as a multi-purpose venue hosting cultural events, concerts, and public gatherings. The space is characterized by its modern design featuring open areas and pedestrian walkways. It has quickly become a prominent location for outdoor performances due to its central location and capacity to accommodate larger audiences.
