Black Country, New Road, a British post-punk band formed in Cambridge in 2018, will perform at Rock en Seine in Paris, France on August 26, 2026. The group is known for its dynamic and experimental sound, blending elements of post-punk, jazz, classical music, and spoken word. Their compositions often feature lengthy instrumental passages, shifting time signatures, and emotionally charged vocals – initially delivered by Isaac Wood who departed in 2022; the band now features vocals from Isaac’s brother, Luke Mark. They have released critically acclaimed albums including *For the First Time* (2021) and *Ants From Up There* (2022).

Rock en Seine is an annual music festival held in the Parc de Saint-Cloud on the outskirts of Paris. Established in 2003, it has become a prominent event within the European festival circuit. The festival traditionally showcases a diverse lineup spanning rock, indie, electronic and alternative genres. It's known for its large capacity – accommodating upwards of 180,000 attendees over its duration – and multiple stages hosting both established artists and emerging talent.
