Belmont initially formed in 2008, disbanded in 2012, and reunited in 2016, releasing new material following their return.

Union Stage is a live music venue located in the Wharf neighborhood of Washington, D.C.. Opened in 2017, it’s known for its intimate setting and focus on showcasing a diverse range of musical acts, particularly those within the independent and alternative scenes. The venue features a standing-room general admission space with a capacity of approximately 500 people. It has hosted performances from artists spanning genres like rock, indie, hip-hop, and electronic music. Union Stage is operated by IMP Concerts, a regional concert promotion company based in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. The building itself previously functioned as a warehouse before being converted into a performance space.
