Altın Gün is scheduled to perform at Het Concert Gebouw in Amsterdam, Netherlands on August 20, 2026. The band is a Dutch-Turkish musical collective known for their unique interpretation of Turkish folk songs from the 1960s and 70s. Their sound blends traditional Anatolian melodies and instrumentation – including saz, bağlama, and percussion – with elements of psychedelic rock, funk, and jazz. They often reimagine these classic songs, giving them a contemporary edge while remaining respectful to their origins. Altın Gün sings primarily in Turkish.

Het Concert Gebouw, opened in 1888, is Amsterdam’s primary concert hall renowned for its acoustics and architectural significance. Designed by Dutch architect Abraham van der Hart, it is considered a prime example of Neo-Renaissance architecture. Originally built as part of the Rijksmuseum complex, it became an independent institution in 1987. The Main Hall is particularly noted for its shoebox shape which contributes to its exceptional sound quality; it's frequently used for classical music performances but also hosts a variety of other genres.
