The Factory, situated in Chesterfield, Missouri, is a multi-purpose entertainment venue that underwent significant redevelopment and reopened in 2021. Originally constructed as a manufacturing facility for McDonnell Douglas (later Boeing) during World War II, the building served various industrial purposes before its transformation into a live performance space. The renovation retained much of the original structure’s industrial aesthetic while incorporating modern amenities suitable for concerts, conventions, and other events. It currently boasts a capacity of approximately 2,400 attendees for concerts and features flexible event spaces adaptable to different configurations. The venue aims to provide an intimate concert experience despite its size by prioritizing sightlines and sound quality.
