Acoustic Lounge will be performing at Emaljehaven in Copenhagen, Denmark on July 10, 2026. Acoustic Lounge is a Danish musical act known for their blend of acoustic covers and original songs, often described as laid-back and atmospheric, drawing influence from genres like soft rock, pop, and jazz. Their arrangements typically feature vocals accompanied by acoustic guitar, piano, and subtle percussion.

Emaljehaven, meaning “The Enamel Garden,” is an outdoor performance venue situated in the Østerbro district of Copenhagen. Originally constructed in 1942 as a recreational area for workers at the nearby Burmeister & Wain shipyard during World War II, it was designed with a distinctive aesthetic utilizing coloured enamel panels – hence the name. The space functioned as a social hub offering entertainment and respite during wartime.

Following periods of varying use, including as a park and occasional event space, Emaljehaven underwent significant renovation in recent years to restore its original character while upgrading facilities for contemporary performances. It is now recognised as a popular venue for concerts, particularly during the summer months due to its intimate atmosphere and unique architectural features. The venue’s capacity is approximately 2500 people.
