A Love Electric, a musical project spearheaded by Christian Älvestam (formerly of Scar Symmetry and Solution .45), will perform at Haus Eifgen in Wermelskirchen, Germany on September 29, 2026. The band’s music is generally categorized as progressive metal, often incorporating elements of melodic death metal, djent, and electronic soundscapes. Älvestam’s distinctive clean vocals are a prominent feature alongside complex instrumental arrangements and atmospheric textures. A Love Electric has released several studio albums to date, gaining recognition within the progressive metal community for its intricate compositions and high production value.

Haus Eifgen is a historic venue located in Wermelskirchen, North Rhine-Westphalia. Originally built in 1878 as a residential home for the Eifgen family – industrialists involved in textile manufacturing – it underwent significant renovation in the early 2000s. It now functions as a cultural center hosting a variety of events including concerts, exhibitions, and theatrical performances. The building retains many of its original architectural features, creating a unique atmosphere for events. Its capacity is approximately 300-400 people making it an intimate setting for live music.
