Weval is a Dutch electronic music duo consisting of Harm Coolen and Merijn Scholte Albers. With their unique blend of atmospheric soundscapes, infectious beats, and haunting melodies, they have managed to captivate audiences worldwide since their inception in 2013.
Harm and Merijn met while studying at the ArtEZ Institute of the Arts in the Netherlands. They quickly discovered a shared passion for music production and began collaborating on various projects. In 2013, they officially formed Weval and released their debut EP titled "Half Age." This release garnered critical acclaim and put them on the map as one of the most promising acts in electronic music.
