Sindicato Sonico, a Chilean musical collective founded in 2007 by Daniel “Dflow” Muñoz, expertly blends Latin American folkloric traditions with electronic music production. Initially focused on sampling and recontextualizing traditional Chilean music – cueca, tonada, and refalosa primarily – their sound has evolved to incorporate global bass, cumbia, dubstep, and hip-hop elements.

Early releases like *Manifiesto* (2010) established their signature style of "folktronica," garnering attention within the Chilean independent music scene. They’ve collaborated extensively with artists like Ana Tijoux, Lorenzo Cordero, and Chico Trujillo, broadening their reach and influence.

Sindicato Sonico's albums *Sobrevivencia* (2013) and *Resistencia* (2017) further solidified their position as innovators. Beyond album work, they are known for vibrant live performances featuring visual projections and often addressing themes of social justice and indigenous rights.
