Experience Seether

Seether emerged from South Africa in 2001, quickly gaining prominence as a post-grunge/alternative metal band fronted by vocalist and guitarist Shaun Morgan. Initially known as Smashed Senses, the group relocated to the US and signed with Wind-up Records, releasing their debut album *Fragile* in 2002. This album, fueled by the hit single “Fine Again,” achieved platinum status.

Seether’s sound is characterized by Morgan’s distinctive vocals, often exploring themes of isolation, pain, and personal struggle, layered over heavy guitar riffs and dynamic instrumentation. They’ve consistently evolved, incorporating elements of hard rock and even acoustic arrangements throughout their discography.

To date, Seether has released eight studio albums, including *Karma and Effect* (2005), *Finding Beauty in Negative Spaces* (2007), and *Siamese* (2014). They've earned multiple platinum and gold certifications for albums and singles, notably achieving diamond certification for “Remedy” in 2017 – a rare feat.
