Quantic, the stage name of British musician and producer Will Holland, is a pioneering figure in the realm of electronic and world music fusion. Since emerging in the early 2000s, Quantic has crafted a distinctive sound that seamlessly blends elements of funk, soul, jazz, Latin, and Afrobeat with modern electronic production. His innovative approach has earned him acclaim for revitalizing classic genres with contemporary sensibilities.

Holland’s career began with releases on Tru Thoughts Records, where albums like *The 5th Exotic* (2001) and *Mishaps Happening* (2004) showcased his talent for combining live instrumentation with sample-based beats. Over time, Quantic expanded his musical horizons by collaborating with international artists and exploring traditional sounds from Colombia and other parts of Latin America. This culminated in projects such as *Magnetica* (2012) and *Atlantic Oscillations* (2017), which highlight his deep engagement with global rhythms.

Quantic is also known for his live performances featuring a full band setup, enhancing the organic feel of his music. Beyond studio albums, he runs the label Selva Records, supporting emerging artists in similar genres.
