Initially gaining traction with self-released EPs, Mildlife signed with Innovative Leisure in 2019. Their debut album, *Phase*, established their signature sound – intricate arrangements, hypnotic grooves, and a strong emphasis on instrumental interplay. This was followed by the critically acclaimed *Skill Set* (2021), further solidifying their reputation for sophisticated compositions and dynamic live performances.
