MEZERG is a Canadian electronic music producer and DJ, born Marc-Antoine Bergeron in Quebec City. Rising to prominence in the mid-2010s, he quickly became a key figure within the bass music scene, specifically known for his innovative and technically proficient dubstep and riddim productions. Initially gaining traction through releases on labels like Never Say Die and Disciple Recordings, MEZERG’s sound is characterized by intricate sound design, heavy basslines, and a melodic sensibility that distinguishes him from more aggressive contemporaries.

He’s released numerous EPs including “Binary,” “Fractals,” and “Voidwalker,” alongside official remixes for artists like Excision and PhaseOne. A frequent festival performer, MEZERG has played major events such as Lost Lands, EDC Las Vegas, and Bass Canyon. In 2023, he launched his own label, *Second Sight*, further solidifying his position as a curator and innovator within the genre. His dedication to pushing sonic boundaries has earned him consistent support from influential DJs and a dedicated global fanbase. He continues to release original material and tour extensively.
