Rising to prominence through social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram beginning in 2022, he quickly gained a substantial following for his looping performances and unique arrangements of popular songs across hip-hop, R&B, pop, and jazz.
Initially self-taught, KillBill Sax later studied music at Morehouse College. His style is characterized by layered saxophone harmonies created live through looping pedals, often incorporating beatboxing and vocal effects. He doesn’t simply *cover* songs; he reimagines them instrumentally.
KillBill’s breakthrough came with viral renditions of tracks by Drake, SZA, and Kanye West.
