Doe Paoro (born Serynne Chiodo in 1987) is an American singer-songwriter and producer known for her atmospheric and emotionally resonant music. Initially gaining attention in the late 2000s with independently released EPs, Paoro’s sound evolved from folk-tinged indie pop to incorporate elements of dream pop, electronica, and R&B. She signed with Secretly Canadian in 2016, releasing her critically acclaimed debut album *Soft Power* that same year, praised for its intimate lyricism and layered production.

Paoro's subsequent work, including 2018’s *After the Storm*, further explored themes of vulnerability, self-discovery, and relationships. Notably, she largely self-produced *After the Storm* in her home studio, showcasing a growing independence as an artist. Beyond album releases, Paoro has collaborated with artists like James Blake and contributed to soundtracks.
