ALBA Musik, the stage name of Albanian singer-songwriter Albana Mehmeti, emerged as a prominent figure in the regional music scene following her participation in *The Voice of Albania* in 2010. Initially gaining recognition for her powerful vocals and interpretations of classic songs, ALBA transitioned to original material blending traditional Albanian folk elements with contemporary pop and R&B influences.

Her breakthrough came with “Diçka Me Ty” (Something With You) in 2015, which quickly became a radio hit across the Balkans. ALBA consistently incorporates Albanian language and cultural themes into her music, appealing to both domestic and diaspora audiences. She represented Albania in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 with the song "Drejte," showcasing a more electronic-infused sound.

Beyond singles, ALBA has released several well-received EPs and albums including *Një Botë,* demonstrating her songwriting versatility. Known for visually striking music videos and dynamic live performances, she’s garnered numerous awards nominations including those from Balkan Music Awards and Top Fest. ALBA Musik continues to be a leading voice for modern Albanian music, bridging tradition and innovation.
