The Undertow Show, located at 900 Queen Street West in Toronto, Ontario, opened in 2016 as a live music and event space. Originally conceived as a multi-purpose venue, it quickly became known for its focus on alternative and independent music. The building itself dates back to the early 20th century, having previously functioned as an auto repair shop; remnants of this industrial past are intentionally incorporated into the venue’s aesthetic.

The Undertow features a relatively intimate capacity of approximately 250 attendees, fostering a close connection between performers and audience.
