The stage itself is a covered structure with a capacity of approximately 3,000 attendees, primarily standing room with limited seating options available.

Historically, the Summer Stage has featured a diverse range of artists, though it maintains a strong connection to the Jersey Shore sound popularized by Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, and Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes – all of whom have performed there. Genres commonly represented include rock, alternative, country, and reggae.
