Bel Canto Farms is a unique outdoor music venue nestled on 17 acres in the Texas Hill Country near Wimberley, Texas. Originally a working cattle ranch, the property was transformed in 2018 by owner and musician, Susan Gibson, into an intimate concert space designed to enhance the listening experience. The venue’s architecture intentionally avoids traditional stage setups; instead, performances occur within a natural amphitheater formed by rolling hills and mature oak trees, fostering a close connection between artists and audience.

Bel Canto Farms primarily hosts Americana, singer-songwriter, folk, blues, and roots music – genres reflecting the Texas musical heritage. It quickly became a beloved fixture in the Central Texas music scene, known for its exceptional acoustics and welcoming atmosphere. Notably, it hosted a benefit concert featuring Lyle Lovett in 2019 to aid wildfire relief efforts.

Unique features include limited capacity (around 300-400 attendees), ensuring an intimate experience; BYOB policy; food trucks offering local cuisine; and a focus on supporting both established and emerging Texas musicians.
