Alfred ve dvoře is a unique music venue nestled in a hidden courtyard (Na Perštýně 7, Prague 1) dating back to the 14th century, originally part of the extensive Perštýn House complex. While the courtyard itself boasts medieval origins, the current venue evolved from a former auto repair shop in the 1990s, becoming a crucial space for Prague’s alternative and independent music scene.

Known for its intimate atmosphere and raw aesthetic – retaining much of its industrial character – Alfred focuses heavily on showcasing experimental electronic music, noise, post-punk, jazz, and avant-garde performances. It's a key location for both established international acts and emerging Czech artists. The venue’s relatively small capacity (around 150 people) fosters a close connection between performers and audience.

Unlike many polished Prague venues, Alfred deliberately maintains a DIY ethos.
