The Philharmonie de Paris, inaugurated in January 2015, is a major European concert hall complex situated in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. Designed by Jean Nouvel, its centerpiece is *La Grande Salle*, known for its exceptional acoustics and modular design allowing for varied configurations. The complex also includes smaller performance spaces – studios, chamber music halls – and exhibition areas dedicated to music. It was built as part of a larger urban redevelopment project aiming to create a cultural hub in northeast Paris and represents France’s largest concert venue.
