Meow Wolf Denver, officially titled *Convergence Station*, opened to the public in September 2021. It’s an immersive art experience created by the Santa Fe-based arts and entertainment company Meow Wolf. Unlike a traditional museum, Convergence Station presents a non-linear narrative environment built around the fictional story of a transdimensional transit hub connecting multiple worlds. The installation features large-scale interactive installations created by hundreds of artists, encompassing sculpture, painting, technology, and performance. The building itself was previously the Tramway Building, originally constructed in 1911 to service Denver’s streetcar system; Meow Wolf renovated and expanded the structure significantly as part of the exhibit's creation.
