The space retains architectural features reflective of its industrial past while providing a modern stage and audience area. It’s operated by the Stadt Plauen (City of Plauen) and serves as a key location for regional arts programming, hosting both local and nationally touring artists across diverse genres. The venue's capacity is approximately 300 people.
