The Woodruff Arts Center serves as the home of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Atlanta Opera, and Alliance Theatre, and hosts a variety of performing arts presentations throughout the year.

Originally founded in 1968 as the Atlanta Memorial Arts Center, it was renamed in honor of Robert W. Woodruff, former chairman of The Coca-Cola Company and a significant philanthropist in the city’s cultural landscape.
