Tlalok is scheduled to perform at the Pomeroy in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on July 29, 2026. The artist’s music blends elements of progressive rock, jazz fusion, and traditional Mexican instrumentation, often incorporating complex rhythmic structures and extended instrumental passages. Lyrical themes frequently explore mythology, environmentalism, and cultural identity.

The Pomeroy, located in Milwaukee’s Third Ward, originally opened as a vaudeville house known as the Bijou Dream in 1908. Over its history, it operated under various names including the Gayety Theatre and the New Broadway Theatre, hosting a diverse range of performances including stage shows, films and musical acts. In the mid-20th century it transitioned into a venue primarily focused on live music.

Significant renovations occurred in 2003 transforming the space while retaining much of its original architectural detail. Today, The Pomeroy functions as a standing-room general admission venue with a capacity of approximately 750 people and is recognized for its intimate atmosphere and focus on showcasing independent and emerging artists across multiple genres. It is owned by Dave & Jamie Baldwin who also own Shank Hall in Milwaukee.
