Experience The Soul Rebels live on July 17th

The Soul Rebels will perform at the Marcus Performing Arts Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on July 17, 2026. The Soul Rebels are an eight-piece band originating from New Orleans, Louisiana, known for their distinctive blend of jazz, funk, soul, and hip-hop influences. Their performances frequently incorporate improvisation and a high energy stage presence, drawing on traditions of New Orleans brass band music while incorporating contemporary sounds. The group has collaborated with artists across multiple genres and is recognized for both studio recordings and energetic live shows.

The Marcus Performing Arts Center opened in 1977 and serves as a multi-disciplinary performing arts venue. Originally named the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, it underwent a significant renovation and rebranding in 2018. The complex comprises three distinct performance spaces: the Uihlein Hall, a large proscenium theater; the Vogel Hall, a more intimate space suitable for recitals and smaller productions; and Bradley Pavilion which is an outdoor space. The center hosts a variety of events including Broadway shows, concerts, dance performances, and educational programs. It is a prominent cultural landmark within Milwaukee’s downtown area and aims to provide access to diverse artistic experiences for the community.
