Formed in Melbourne in 1996, they have cultivated a broad international following through extensive touring and multiple album releases.

The Sidney Myer Music Bowl is an outdoor amphitheater located in Kings Domain, Melbourne. Opened in 1959, it’s a significant landmark and a prominent venue for large-scale concerts and events. Designed by architects Yuncken & Freeman, the bowl is renowned for its acoustic properties and its setting within the Royal Botanic Gardens. It has hosted a diverse range of performers across various genres throughout its history, including classical orchestras, contemporary musicians and large-scale public events. The venue underwent major renovations completed in late 2023 which included improvements to accessibility and audience facilities while maintaining the original design intent. It is managed by Arts Centre Melbourne.
