Originally constructed in 1923, the hall serves as the community center for the Good Samaritan Episcopal Church. It's known for its Spanish Colonial Revival architectural style, characterized by stucco walls, red tile roofing, and arched doorways. Beyond religious services, the hall frequently hosts community events including concerts, workshops and meetings. Its acoustics are considered favorable for smaller musical ensembles due to the hall’s size and construction materials.
