Superintendo is a musical project centered around multi-instrumentalist and composer Ben Levin, known for blending electronic music production with live instrumentation – frequently including saxophone, keyboard, and drum machines. His music often draws comparisons to vaporwave, future funk, and chillwave, characterized by sampled sounds, nostalgic melodies referencing video game soundtracks and 80s/90s pop culture, and a generally upbeat, atmospheric quality. Levin has released several albums and EPs on labels like 100% Electronica and Neoncity Records, and has toured internationally.

Cannonball Music Hall, located in Raleigh, North Carolina, is a well-regarded, intimate venue specializing in jazz, funk, soul, and globally-inspired music. Originally opened in 2017 by local musicians, the space quickly became a hub for both established and emerging artists, offering a listening room environment focused on showcasing musical performance. The venue has a capacity of approximately 150 people and is known for its excellent acoustics and dedication to supporting live music within the Raleigh community. It's recognized for prioritizing artist compensation and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both performers and audiences.
