Sunbörn is a Danish musical act creating atmospheric and melancholic soundscapes often categorized as darkwave, post-punk, and synth-pop. Their music frequently incorporates elements of coldwave and industrial music, characterized by layered synthesizers, driving basslines, and introspective vocals. The project, spearheaded by Morten Lund, has released several albums and EPs to critical acclaim within the darker electronic music scene since its inception in 2014.

Pakhuset in Nykøbing Sjælland serves as a cultural center and concert venue located in a former warehouse building along the harbor front. Originally constructed in the late 19th century for storing goods related to maritime trade, the building was renovated in recent years to accommodate various cultural events. It's known for its raw industrial aesthetic combined with modern facilities, hosting a diverse range of performances including concerts, theatre productions, exhibitions and workshops. The venue’s capacity is relatively intimate, fostering a close connection between performers and audience members. Pakhuset is managed by Nykøbing Sjælland Municipality and actively contributes to the local arts community by providing a platform for both established and emerging artists.
