SPELLLING, the musical project of Chrystia Cabral, will perform at The Fillmore in San Francisco on November 13, 2026. SPELLLING’s music is often described as art pop, blending elements of experimental electronic music, jazz, and psychedelic soul. Her work frequently incorporates complex vocal arrangements, unconventional song structures, and introspective lyrical themes. Previous albums demonstrate a progression from lo-fi bedroom pop to more expansive and orchestrated soundscapes.

The Fillmore is a historic concert venue located in the Fillmore District of San Francisco, California. Originally opened in 1912 as a theater, it transitioned into a music hall in the mid-1960s becoming central to the burgeoning psychedelic rock scene. Promoter Bill Graham significantly shaped The Fillmore’s identity during this period, establishing it as a key venue for artists like Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and The Grateful Dead.

Known for its distinctive art nouveau style—particularly the iconic “Fillmore posters” designed by Wes Wilson, Victor Moscoso and Stanley Mouse—the venue underwent restoration in the early 1980s.
