SPACED is scheduled to perform at Outer Harbor in Buffalo, New York on August 12, 2026. The musical project, led by composer and producer David Kosten, generally falls within the electronic music genre, often described as ambient, downtempo, or trip-hop. Outer Harbor is a revitalized waterfront area of Buffalo undergoing significant redevelopment. Historically an industrial zone focused on shipping and grain elevators, the area experienced decline in the latter half of the 20th century. Recent investment has transformed portions of the harbor into a public space featuring parks, trails, event venues and recreational facilities. Key features include Wilkeson Quad, Bell Slip, and various public art installations. The harbor’s location provides views of Lake Erie and connects to Buffalo's greenway system. The performance venue within Outer Harbor is situated to capitalize on this waterfront setting. It represents a continued effort to establish the area as a cultural destination for the city.
