Smoove & Turrell are a British neo-soul duo known for their blend of classic soul sounds with modern production techniques. Their music incorporates elements of jazz, funk, and hip-hop, often featuring layered vocal harmonies and instrumental arrangements. Formed in Newcastle upon Tyne, they gained recognition through collaborations with various artists on the UK jazz and soul scene before releasing their debut album, *Broken Apparent*, in 2017. They are recognized for their live performances emphasizing musicianship and soulful delivery.

Merrist Wood College, located in Worplesdon near Guildford, Surrey, has a long history rooted in agricultural education. Established in 1909 as the South Eastern Agricultural College, it initially focused on providing practical training for farmers and agricultural workers. Over time, its scope broadened to include horticulture, forestry, and land management studies. The college campus features extensive woodland areas alongside its educational facilities. In recent years, Merrist Wood College has been part of Activate Learning group and continues to offer land-based courses at various levels while also functioning as a venue for events.
