SML, the musical project of Swiss composer and producer Samuel Leuthard, will be performing at Flagey - Studio 1 in Brussels, Belgium on November 19, 2026. SML’s music blends elements of ambient, modern classical, and electronic music, often characterized by its atmospheric textures, minimalist arrangements, and focus on sound design. Leuthard frequently incorporates field recordings and explores themes relating to nature and technology within his compositions. He has released albums on established labels within the experimental electronic music scene and gained recognition for his immersive live performances.

Flagey - Studio 1 is a renowned concert hall located within the larger Flagey cultural center in Brussels. Originally constructed as a Maison de la Radio (House of Radio) in the 1930s, it served as a primary broadcasting studio for Belgian national radio. Following extensive renovations completed in 2002, Flagey reopened as a multi-disciplinary arts center. Studio 1 specifically is celebrated for its exceptional acoustics and intimate setting, making it a popular venue for diverse musical genres including jazz, classical, and contemporary music performances. The space retains much of its original Art Deco architecture contributing to its unique atmosphere.
