Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox will be performing at the Pensacola Saenger Theatre on October 8, 2026. The ensemble is known for reimagining popular modern songs in vintage styles, primarily those prominent from the 1920s through the 1950s. Their arrangements frequently incorporate jazz, blues, cabaret, swing, and ragtime influences, offering a distinctly retro take on contemporary music. The group gained significant popularity through YouTube, where they began posting these “vintage” covers in 2011, building a substantial online following.

The Pensacola Saenger Theatre opened in 1925 as a movie palace and vaudeville house. Designed by architect Emile Weil, it originally boasted a lavish interior featuring ornate plasterwork and a grand atmosphere intended to attract audiences during the height of the city’s prosperity. Throughout its history, the Saenger hosted traveling theatrical productions, concerts and film screenings. Following periods of decline and eventual closure in the 1980s, a major restoration project was undertaken beginning in 2009.
