Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox will perform at Peabody Auditorium in Daytona Beach, Florida on October 13, 2026. The ensemble is known for reimagining popular modern songs in vintage styles, primarily those prevalent from the 1920s through the 1950s. This often includes genres like jazz, swing, big band, ragtime and doo-wop. Bradlee, a pianist and arranger, founded the project in 2009, initially as a YouTube channel before expanding into a touring ensemble featuring rotating vocalists and musicians.

Peabody Auditorium opened in 1929 as part of the city’s efforts to attract tourists and establish Daytona Beach as a cultural destination. Designed by architects Murray & Murray of New York City, it’s an example of Mediterranean Revival architecture. Throughout its history, the auditorium has hosted a diverse range of performances including concerts, theatrical productions, political rallies and sporting events. It underwent significant renovations in the 1990s to restore many of its original architectural features while updating technical capabilities. The venue is listed on the National Register of Historic Places recognizing its architectural and cultural significance to the region.
