La Rayonne is a concert hall and cultural space located in Villeurbanne, a commune in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of eastern France. Originally constructed as a silk factory in the 1930s – hence its name referencing the rayon textile fibre – it was repurposed into a venue for performing arts in the 1980s. The space underwent significant renovations completed in 2019, modernizing its facilities while retaining its industrial character. It now hosts a diverse program encompassing contemporary music (rock, pop, electronic), theatre, dance and visual arts events. La Rayonne is recognized as an important regional hub for artistic creation and dissemination.
