ROZZZQWEEN is a musical project spearheaded by artist Rozz Williams, creating a distinctive sound blending elements of darkwave, post-punk, and gothic rock. Their music often incorporates atmospheric synthesizers, driving basslines, and Williams’ characteristic vocal delivery, drawing influence from 1980s alternative music while maintaining a contemporary edge. The project continues the artistic trajectory begun with Williams' earlier work, notably with the band Shadow Project.

The concert is scheduled to take place at Calthorpe Community Garden in Islington, London. Established in 1983, Calthorpe Community Garden began as a derelict space reclaimed by local residents. It operates as a volunteer-run urban oasis dedicated to organic gardening, environmental education, and community building. The garden features raised beds for growing fruits, vegetables and flowers, alongside communal areas designed to foster social interaction.

It has become a recognised example of successful community-led regeneration within an inner-city environment and regularly hosts small-scale events focused on sustainability and local arts initiatives. The garden’s layout prioritises accessibility and biodiversity within its limited footprint. Its use for musical performances represents an occasional extension of its community engagement activities.
