Rafał Blechacz will perform a concert at the Auditorium di Milano, Italy on October 18, 2026. Blechacz is a Polish classical pianist internationally recognized for his poetic interpretations and technical precision. His repertoire spans from the core classical and romantic periods – particularly Chopin, with whom he is strongly associated having won the International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw in 2005 – to works of the 20th and 21st centuries. He is noted for a refined touch, clarity of phrasing, and a deeply expressive approach to performance.

The Auditorium di Milano, formally known as the “Auditorium di Milano - Giuseppe Verdi”, opened in 1999. Designed by architect Vittorio Gregotti, it serves as a major concert hall and conference center within the Porta Nuova district. The complex comprises three halls: the Sala Verdi (the main concert hall), the Sala Picasso (smaller and more flexible), and the Sala Studio. The Sala Verdi, where Blechacz will perform, is renowned for its acoustics and capacity of approximately 1,200 seats.
