Queens of the Stone Age are scheduled to perform at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre on December 16, 2026. The Newcastle Entertainment Centre (NEC), located in Broadmeadow, New South Wales, Australia, opened in 1990. It is a multi-purpose indoor arena primarily used for concerts, sporting events and theatrical performances. With a capacity of approximately 6,660 for concerts and 8,000 for sporting events, it represents one of the largest venues in the Hunter Region. The NEC underwent significant upgrades in 2014 including improvements to seating and corporate facilities.
