The Fonda Theatre, located on Hollywood Boulevard, has a rich history dating back to its construction in 1926. Originally opened as the Carter DeHaven Theatre showcasing vaudeville acts, it was later renamed The Music Box in the 1970s becoming a prominent rock venue hosting numerous iconic performers. In 2002 it underwent extensive renovations and adopted its current name, The Fonda Theatre. It remains a significant mid-sized concert hall known for its intimate atmosphere and art deco architectural details; regularly hosting a variety of musical acts spanning multiple genres.
