Experience Punch Brothers live on January 27th

Punch Brothers will perform at Kirche Neumünster in Zurich, Switzerland on January 27, 2027. The group is recognized for their innovative approach to bluegrass music, blending traditional instrumentation – banjo, mandolin, guitar, bass, and fiddle – with elements of progressive rock, jazz, and classical composition. Their arrangements are characterized by complex harmonies, virtuosic instrumental work, and thoughtful songwriting often exploring narrative themes. Formed in 2006, the band comprises Chris Thile, Noam Pikelny, Gabe Witcher, Paul Kowert, and Billy Contreras.

Kirche Neumünster is a former monastery church located in the Old Town of Zurich. Originally founded in 1250 as a convent for noblewomen, it was secularized in 1833 and subsequently repurposed. Following extensive renovations in the late 20th and early 21st centuries, the church now functions primarily as a cultural venue hosting concerts, exhibitions and events. The building’s acoustics are notably well-regarded for musical performances due to its architectural design featuring high vaulted ceilings and stone construction.
